I am experienced with two master’s degrees, one in nursing and one in business administration. I have several years of experience teaching health sciences, marketing, pharmacy technician and business courses in a local High School. I have experience preparing curriculum and collecting content to use in the online classes. I have the experience needed to create daily work schedules and exams and I am very creative, which helps to keep the students engaged. I also possess current licensing to teach health sciences, business and marketing in grades 6 – 12. I have also taught at the university level for 16 years. I can engage students productively in class discussions where students can ask questions and voice opinions. I also have the ability to observe the progress of the students and maintain accurate and timely student records. I am computer literate with a broad understanding of the various Web based educational programs. I have the skills to adjust the materials used to an online format and traditional classroom format and I can stay in touch with students by emails, instant messaging, texts and phone calls, along with live chat when needed. I have the flexibility to provide additional support to students who are having difficulties. I also have excellent time management skills to accomplish the responsibilities this position requires in a timely manner. I have much fortitude and I always treat students with esteem and a welcoming attitude. I also possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
